Elaine has always been intrigued by Celtic Mythology, exploring old stories and creating new ones. Her personal practice and the story she tells through her sculpture continue to evolve as she tests the boundaries of the materials she uses and the characters she creates. Elaine started an area at Stendhal festival called 'Anann's Arch' over 10 years ago and each year the area literally grows; trees, ritual, installation, imagination and mythology.

Anann's Arch was established three years ago as an Arts organisation, and Elaine travels throughout Ireland delivering arts workshops, festival art, costume & props, sets and other arts events with an ever-expanding team of professional Artists.
