Introduction to Printmaking

Participants will learn fundamental printmaking processes and will be given space to explore their creativity in novel and exciting ways.

There is no need for any prior knowledge in art or printmaking, just a keen desire to learn and engage with one’s creativity.

Sessions will run every Thursday from 7–9pm, throughout May 2025 and June 2025 and will be held in Vault Artists Studios at Marlborough House in Belfast City Centre.

Sessions will begin on Thursday 1 May and run continuously until Thursday 19 June 2025.

All materials will be provided, however, Wilhelmina asks that participants bring along their own sketchbook as well as basic drawing materials (pencils, rubber etc…).

Participants will be using a portable printing press and basic safety precautions will be required for participation.

Coffee, tea and nibbles will be provided.
